What is your processing & shipping timeframe? 

• Please allow 1-3 working days for your item to be shipped.
• Orders are shipped between Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
• We use Royal Mail to ship our items and they usually take 3-5 working arrive.

• The progress of your shipping should be on your confirmation email, please refer to your tracking number for updates.

How quickly will I receive my order?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

What is your return policy? 

• All products must be returned within 14 days, unfortunately if you return outside this time window, a refund or exchange will not be granted.

Do you refund shipping fees?
